1. ISKCON Bangalore, Hare Krishna Hill (Sri Radha Krishna Temple)

Inaugurated in 1997, the ISKCON temple in Bangalore, Rajajinagar, is revered as one of the largest ISKCON temples in India. The presiding deities are Sri Sri Radha Krishnachandra, Sri Sri Krishna Balaram, Sri Sri Nitai Gauranga, Sri Srinivasa Govinda, Sri Prahlada Narasimha, Sri Hanuman, and Sri Garuda.

Major festival celebrations include Janmashtami, Brahmotsava, and Ratha Yatra. The temple conducts daily Gita classes and kirtan sessions for devotees. It is also the birthplace of India’s biggest mid-day meal program, the Akshaya Patra Foundation.

2. ISKCON Mayapur, West Bengal (Temple of Vedic Planetarium)

The Temple of Vedic Planetarium, also known as the ISKCON temple in Mayapur, serves as the headquarters of ISKCON centers worldwide. The temple was founded in 1972 on the occasion of Gaura Purnima, and the foundation of the grand new complex was laid in 2009.

Known as the first ISKCON temple built in India, the marble architecture of the temple is very fascinating, including a guesthouse, Samadhi museum, restaurant, and deity department.

Being the biggest ISKCON temple in Pune, it is divided into two separate parts. Dedicated to the visionary leadership of the disciples of Srila Prabhupada, it was a dream for many to build a skyscraper in the name of Lord Krishna in Vrindavan. The temple foundation stone was laid in 2014 and is set to become the tallest religious structure.

Dedicated to Sri Sri Radha-Vrindavanchandra, the temple comprises a heritage museum, gaushala, and 12 recreated forests of Braj Mandal. 12. Gupt Vrindavan Dham, Jaipur (Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir)

Inspired by Srila Prabhupada's 1975 desire, a letter was written to Mahavir Prasad Jaipuriaji to build a replica of the Vrindavan temple in the Pink City. Gupt Vrindavan Dham, also revered as Rajasthan's largest temple and cultural center, located in Jagatpura, Jaipur, was established in 2012.

Following the vision of Srila Prabhupada, this 17-story temple complex, being built at a cost of ₹300 crore, reflects the true essence of why Jaipur is revered as Gupt Vrindavan Dham. The temple houses the deities of Sri Sri Krishna Balaram, Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar, and Sri Sri Nitai Gauranga.

ISKCON temple, Kanpur, was opened in 2014 on the banks of the Ganges near Bithoor, close to the birthplace of Dhruva Maharaja and the ashram of Valmiki Muni. With three majestic domes, it is revered as one of the prominent ISKCON temples in North India.

The temple is the house of Sri Sri Radha Madhava, Sri Nitai Gaursundara, and Sri Sri Sita Ram Lakshman Hanuman. It also includes a gaushala, Govinda restaurant, and a Vaishnava training academy.

21. ISKCON Govardhan Ecovillage, Palghar, Mumbai

The foundation was laid in 2003 to fulfill Srila Prabhupada's desire to create a holy place that reflects the pastimes of Lord Krishna. The temple houses the deities of Sri Sri Radha Damodar, Sri Sri Radha Madanmohan and Sri Lalita Devi, Sri Sri Radha Gopinath and Ananga Manjari, Sri Sri Radha Govinda, Sri Sri Radha Raman, Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundar, and Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda.

Govardhan Ecovillage began with 25 acres of land and expanded to over 140 acres in the foothills of the Sahyadri Mountains. The temple won the UN World Tourism Organization award for its sustainable farming methods, showcasing organic farming, Ayurveda, Bhakti-yoga, and the principles of living a spiritual and pure life.

Moreover, its rural initiatives benefited more than 78 tribal villages, improving the lives of over 1.5 million people across the Palghar region.

22. ISKCON, Coimbatore (Sri Jagannath Mandir)

Inaugurated by the late Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee on February 4, 2001, Sri Jagannath Mandir is one of the first ISKCON temples in South India dedicated to Lord Jagannath, Lord Baladev, and Subhadra Devi.

Surrounded by verdant hills, the current temple complex houses the deities of Sri Sri Radha Damodar, Sri Sri Jagannath Baladev, and Subhadra Ji. It also has a gaushala, a mechanized Annadanam kitchen, a free homeopathy clinic, and a children's park, making it a place that enriches society.

26. ISKCON Ghaziabad (Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohan Mandir)

Inaugurated on January 31, 2007, the ISKCON temple in Ghaziabad was built with pink Jaipur stone and features wooden altars and Italian marble floors. Housing the deities of Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohan, Sri Nitai-Gauranga, and Sri Jagannath, Baladev and Subhadra, the temple can accommodate 8,000 devotees at a time.

27. ISKCON Siliguri (Sri Sri Radha Madhav Sundar Mandir)

Established in 1998, the ISKCON temple in Siliguri is one of the largest Krishna centers in Northeast India, showcasing a grand marble temple with three entry gates and scenic fish ponds. The presiding deities are Sri Sri Radha Madhav Sundar, Sri Sri Jagannath, Baladev, and Subhadra Devi, Sri Sri Gaura-Nitai, and Sri Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Dev.

The temple complex also includes a spiritual museum, Bhagavad Gita Academy, prasadam restaurant facility, and the Bhaktivedanta International Vedic Cultural Academy, BIVCA, for uplifting children's holistic education. 28. ISKCON Nashik (Sri Sri Radha Madan Gopal Mandir)

Established in 1997 by ISKCON devotees in the Vrindavan Colony of Nashik, the temple welcomed the deities of Sri Sri Nitai-Gauranga in 1999. After years of service and devotion, the temple was finally completed in 2005, with the installation of Sri Sri Radha Madan Gopal on March 23, 2011.

The temple is widely known for its Bal Gopal Sunday School for children, Samruddhi School for teenagers, monthly festivals for both boys and girls, and BACE programs for college students. ISKCON Nashik also serves as a key spiritual and youth center in the Nashik-Kumbh Mela pilgrimage region.

29. ISKCON Kharghar (Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohan Temple)

ISKCON temple in Kharghar is also revered as the “Glory of Maharashtra”. This unique cultural and Vedic center spans 8 acres, with its foundation ceremony held on January 15, 2012. However, the temple was completed in 2025 and inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

The temple houses the deities of Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohanji, Sri Sri Nitai-Gauranga, Sri Vithal-Rukmini, and Sri Ram Darbar, along with a 100-room guesthouse for devotees. The temple team also works daily to feed over 1,000 people in need and teaches yoga and stress management to communities living around Navi Mumbai.

30. ISKCON Pandharpur (Sri Sri Radha Pandrinathji Temple)

Founded in the early 1980s by disciples of Srila Prabhupada to spread the Hare Krishna Movement across Maharashtra, the temple foundation stone was laid in 1985, and it was finally inaugurated in 1988 on the banks of the Chandrabhaga River.

The temple complex houses the deities of Sri Sri Radha Pandrinathji and features the divine footprints of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Nityananda, a gaushala, and a vegetable and flower farm.

31. ISKCON Vaikuntha Hill, Bangalore (Sri Rajadhiraja Govinda Temple)

Inaugurated by the former President of India, Sri Ram Nath Kovind, on June 14, 2022, the ISKCON temple at Vaikuntha Hill was built to pay tribute to Srila Prabhupada's devotion on his 125th birth anniversary, fulfilling his desire for a grand Tirumala-style temple in Bangalore.

Spread across 28 acres, this temple houses the first-ever achala shila murti, black stone deity, of Srila Prabhupada, surrounded by the deities of Goddess Mahalakshmi, Sri Narasimha Dev, Sudarshana Narasimha, Lord Hanuman, and Garuda.

32. Hare Krishna Mandir, ISKCON Kota (Nandgram Dham)

Part of the ISKCON Bangalore family of temples, Nandgram Dham opened in April 2022 on 80,000 sq ft of land in Mukundra Vihar, with a vision to become the second-largest Hare Krishna Mandir in Rajasthan.

The temple revived the name Nandgram, which King Maharao Bhim Singh gave to Kota, who dreamt of transforming the city into Braj-Bhoomi. The temple hosts vibrant celebrations for festivals such as Janmashtami, Gaura Purnima, and Ram Navami, and organizes Sunday feasts and Saturday youth programs, spreading Vedic cultural education to the youth across India's education hub.

ISKCON Hubli, a prominent 8-acre temple, houses the deities of Sri Sri Radha Krishna, Sri Sri Krishna Balaram, and Sri Panchtatva. The temple is renowned for its outreach programs, including Heritage Fest, the largest cultural festival for schoolchildren.

Additionally, it serves over 13,500 students participating in activities like dance, drama, quiz, and music competitions, along with cultural camps and the Sri Krishna Contest.

34. Hare Krishna Golden Temple, Hyderabad (Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple)

The first magnificent Golden Temple in Telangana, inaugurated in 2018 by the Vice President of India, Sri Venkaiah Naidu, is built on Banjara Hills, on a sacred site where Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy is believed to have manifested around 700 years ago.

Housing the deities of Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, Sri Sri Radha-Govinda, and Sri Nitai Gauranga, the temple features a 50-foot-long golden Dhwaja and a 4,600 sq ft Maha Mandapam with a unique 108-step Harinam Japa Mantapa, where devotees chant the Hare Krishna maha-mantra on each step before darshan.

35. ISKCON Mangalore (Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir)

Established in 2002, the ISKCON temple in Mangalore houses the presiding deities of Sri Sri Krishna Balaram, Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, and Nityananda Prabhu.

The temple has been running FOLK sessions since 2005, manages Gokul Juniors Preschool, and promotes Krishna Life home programs for working professionals. Moreover, the temple also serves more than 17,034 children in around 139 government schools across Mangalore daily.

36. Hare Krishna Mandir, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad

Construction began in 2008, and the temple was finally built and inaugurated in April 2015. It houses the deities of Sri Sri Radha Madhav, Sri Sri Nitai-Gauranga, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Dev, and Srila Prabhupada's vigraha.

The temple complex is very large, including a gaushala that protects cows and produces fresh dairy products. Moreover, the Akshaya Patra Foundation in Ahmedabad provides mid-day meals to over one lakh children daily.

The temple is so large and architecturally impressive that devotees from all over the globe come to visit this spiritual site and surrender themselves to the shelter of Lord Krishna.

37. ISKCON Tirupati (Sri Sri Radha Govind Ji Mandir)

Located near the foothills of Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh, the ISKCON Temple Tirupati is officially known as Sri Sri Radha Govindji Mandir. It offers an extraordinary spiritual experience, complementing the famous Venkateswara Temple and attracting devotees from all over the nation.

In line with Srila Prabhupada's desire to spread Krishna consciousness across South India, the ISKCON Tirupati temple was inaugurated on April 10, 1984. However, over the next few years, the temple remained under construction and was finally opened to the public in 2005. Today, it is known as one of the most visited ISKCON temples in South India.

38. ISKCON Mysore (Nava Brindavan Dham)

The history of the ISKCON Mysore temple began in 1992, when a senior disciple of Srila Prabhupada planned a massive Ratha Yatra celebration in Mysore to spread the teachings of Srila Prabhupada and Krishna consciousness throughout the city.

By 1999, a rented house named Gokulam had become the residence of the deities of Sri Sri Krishna Balaram. In 2003, the Government of Karnataka donated 9 acres of land to ISKCON for building a cultural and religious center named Nava Brindavan Dham.

Today, the temple is under construction, yet it hosts a range of activities and celebrations that foster cultural gatherings and spread spirituality among youth through various initiatives.

39. ISKCON Vijayawada (Sri Jagannath Mandir)

ISKCON Sri Jagannath Mandir serves as the vibrant city-extension center of ISKCON Vijayawada, located near the Skew Bridge in Krishna Lanka.

The development of this dedicated urban temple took a major leap forward after 2018 under a dedicated team of young IIT and NIT graduate monks, who transformed it into an accessible spiritual hub in the heart of the city.

The central presiding deities of this temple are Lord Jagannath, Baladeva, and Subhadra Devi. This center plays a pivotal role in organizing Vijayawada's massive annual Sri Jagannath Ratha Yatra, which stands out as one of the largest and most grandly celebrated Ratha Yatras in South India.

40. ISKCON Dwarka, Delhi (Sri Sri Rukmini Dwarkadhish Mandir)

The journey of ISKCON Dwarka Delhi began under a tree in the summer of 2012. Following its Bhoomi Pujan ceremony in January 2013, a temporary temple complex was formally inaugurated, and the deities were installed on January 23, 2013.

The temple's presiding deities include Sri Sri Rukmini Dwarkadhish, Sri Sri Gaura-Nitai, and Sri Sri Jagannath, Baladev, and Subhadra Maharani.

Popularly known as the Center for Permanent Happiness, the complex is currently transforming into a permanent white marble temple featuring Govinda's restaurant and a Vedic cultural center.
