A truly wonderful and divine temple at an excellent location. Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara is the royal abode of Lord Krishna, very spacious and beautifully decorated with daily shringaar, Pichwai paintings and Rajbhog. The darshan system, cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere are superb. Overall a very beautiful and attractive pilgrimage place.

For years I am having shrinathji idol ( in the picture ) in my pooja room and was praying him every day and I never realised he will grant me the bhagyam to visit him at the shrine where he is one of Navadwarakas , The Bhakti vibe at this place you can sense a connection with Mathura and Vrindavan and it is true too as it is one of the swayampu idols brought from that region when it was under threat and where else other than Mewar kingdom one can find the security ! Just being in the temple seeing shrinathji as seven year old lifting Govardhangiri is an experience of lifetime and being with the people with that devotion and Bhakti my heart swells with happiness even as I write this note after coming back visiting shrinathji. Your Udaipur visit is not complete if you have not visited him. Radhe Radhe ! Tips to visit , reach by 11 am as the Morning darshan completes with Rajbhog Darshan at 11-11.45 . The temple will have then next Thapan rest awakening darshan only around 4 pm . If you are also covering the second navadwraka temple dwarakanathji , I may suggest you start early from Udaipur drive straight to Dwarakadish about 70 kms and come back to Nathdwara Shrinathji by 11 am so that you can cover both Navadwrakas and get back for lunch to Udaipur city . This temple lies en route to Kumbhalgarh fort from Udaipur. This is a quaint but very prosperous temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna. The mood & environment is very peaceful, while the temple premises is very beautiful & well maintained. If you are lucky, you get the darshan of the temple idol which has fixed timings.

Visited Nathdwara Shrinathji Temple as part of our Panch Dwarka pilgrimage and had a blissful darshan. We had booked the 11:00 am Rajbhog darshan online (₹350 per head), which was convenient and well worth it. Since we reached early at around 8:00 am, we joined the regular darshan queue first and were fortunate to have darshan twice, which was very satisfying. The temple practices and darshan system here are quite different from what we typically experience in South India, and it may take some time to understand the process and adjust to the crowd movement. However, everything is managed in an orderly manner considering the heavy footfall. It is advisable to plan ahead, book darshan tickets online where possible, and arrive early for a smoother experience. Overall, a very fulfilling visit and an important stop for anyone undertaking the Panch Dwarka pilgrimage.
