Translation

Verse 1

Go, beautiful one, to meet Hari, dressed all in white, for this night, bright as the full moon, has grown deep and heavy.

Verse 2

Your pearl necklace sways upon your breasts; your smile thickens the very net of the moon's own rays.

Verse 3

You wear a garment as lustrous as buffalo-milk yogurt; your body is covered with a thick layer of sandalwood paste.

Verse 4

A white water-lily smiles, tucked at your ear; you have taken up the eternal delight of union with your beloved.
