The Shri Radha Gokulanand Mandir is one of the "Sapta Devalayas" (Seven Ancient Temples) of Vrindavan. Unlike some of the larger, more fortress-like temples, Gokulanand Mandir is known for its intimate, serene atmosphere and its deep connection to the Six Goswamis, the direct disciples of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu who rediscovered the holy sites of Vrindavan. ​1. The Divine Trio of Deities ​This temple is unique because it houses the primary deities of three different great saints under one roof: ​Radha-Gokulanand: These are the central deities, originally worshipped by Srila Visvanatha Chakravarti Thakura. ​Radha-Vinod: The deities of Srila Lokanatha Goswami. ​Radha-Vijaya Govinda: The deities of Srila Baladeva Vidyabhusana. ​Chaitanya Mahaprabhu: A deity of the saint himself is also worshipped here. The temple was established to consolidate the worship of these significant deities. ​Lokanatha Goswami's Devotion: Lokanatha Goswami was the first of the Goswamis to arrive in Vrindavan. He originally found the deity of Radha-Vinod in the Kishori Kund forest. For a long time, he carried the deity in a cloth bag around his neck because he did not want to build a fixed temple, preferring a life of wandering renunciation.

🌸 Pastime of Shri Radha Gokul Nandan Temple – Vrindavan 🌸 The Shri Radha Gokul Nandan Temple in Vrindavan is one of the sacred places connected with the eternal pastimes of Lord Krishna and His devotees. This temple was established by the great Vaishnava saint Shri Lokanath Goswami, a direct associate of Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. 🔹 Special Pastime Lokanath Goswami was deeply absorbed in bhajan and never accepted disciples throughout his life. At the very end, by the divine will of the Lord, he accepted only one disciple – the great saint and composer Shri Narottam Das Thakur. Narottam Das Thakur, with the blessings of his Gurudev, dedicated himself to the service of Shri Radha Gokul Nandan and composed many heartfelt bhajans that are sung by devotees even today. 🔹 Deities Worshipped Here Shri Radha Gokul Nandan – the worshipful Deity of Lokanath Goswami. Shri Radha Vinod – the Deity personally served by Lokanath Goswami. Shri Radha Vijaya Govinda – the Deity connected with Baladeva Vidyabhushan. ✨ The temple is filled with the divine atmosphere of Vrindavan, where the bhajans of Narottam Das Thakur resound, reminding devotees of the eternal love between Radha and Krishna. Sri Lokanath Goswami found the deity of Sri Radha-Vinod in Kishori-Kund in Umrao-gaon near Chatravan and served Them there. Later, on the request of Rup, Sanatan and the other Goswamis, he brought his worshipful Sri Radha-Vinod to Vrindavan and began to worship Them near the temple of Sri Radha-Raman.

He worshiped Deity Radha Vinode which is at present in Jaipur. Another Deity Shri Gokulananda Deb (worshiped by Biswanath Chakravorty) also kept in this Temple. The samadhi of Shri Loknath Goswami,Shri Narottam Thakur and Biswanth Chakraborgy can be found in the adjacent garden of the Temple. It is also known as Radha Vinode Temple. It is a must visit religious destination in Vrindavan to visit the Samadhi Sthal and get their blessings.
