Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography & Film Production. 

Cinematography:

• Capture high-quality video footage for documentaries, promotional videos, and other projects.
• Plan and execute shots to visually communicate the intended message.
• Ensure proper lighting and sound setup for various shooting environments.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage to create seamless and visually appealing videos.
• Develop a deep understanding of the content and effectively communicate the intended message through editing.
• Collaborate with the content team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.

Scriptwriting and Storytelling:

• Develop creative and engaging scripts for video projects.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure that the script aligns with the organization’s messaging and objectives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and narrative structure.

Studio Setup:

• Set up and configure studio lights, ensuring optimal lighting conditions for video shoots.
• Familiarity with studio equipment and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer and Video Editor, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent scripting and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of studio lighting setup and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
