campaka dama heri murachi rahu madhaba
locana jharu anuraga
tuya guna-mantara japaye nirantara
bhale dhani tohari sohaga
Verse 2
brsabhanu-nandini japaye rati dini
bharame na bolaye ana
lakha lakha dhani kaha-i madhura bani
swpaane na pata-i kana
Verse 3
purusa-ratana baradharani lota-ota
ko kahu arati-ora
ra bali dha balibala-i na para-i
dharadhara bahe lora
Verse 4
gobinda dasa tuya carane nibedala
kanuko aichana sambada
nicaya janaha tachu duhkha-khandaka
kebala tuya parasada
Verse 1
O Madhava, seeing a garland of campaka flowers she falls into a swoon; from her eyes streams of love pour forth. She constantly chants the mantra of your virtues -- truly this blessed lady enjoys your love.
Verse 2
The daughter of Vrishabhanu chants your name day and night; even in confusion she speaks no other. Though addressed sweetly by hundreds of thousands, even in dream she pays no heed to anyone else.
Verse 3
For you, jewel among men, she rolls upon the ground -- who could describe such deep devotion? She cannot even utter the syllables of your name "Ra" and "dha" fully, so overcome is she; tears flow like rain from a cloud.

Govinda Dasa submits this account at your feet, O Krishna -- know for certain that the only remedy for her suffering is your mercy alone.
