Guidelines to Follow
1. There will be no refund for once paid amount of registration.
पंजीकरण के लिए एक बार भुगतान की गई राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
2. Every Attendee will receive a Confirmation and Entry QR Code by WhatsApp Message on the Registered Mobile Number.
प्रत्येक सहभागी को पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर व्हाट्सएप संदेश द्वारा एक पुष्टिकरण और प्रवेश क्यूआर कोड प्राप्त होगा।
3. Dress code recommendation for Male: Traditional Dhoti Kurta or Kurta Pajama / Full Pants & Shirt/T-Shirt.
पुरुषों के ड्रेस कोड के लिए सलाह: पारंपरिक धोती कुर्ता या कुर्ता पायजामा / फुल पैंट और शर्ट या टी-शर्ट।
4. Dress code recommendation for Female: Traditional Sari or Decent Salwar Suit.
महिलाओं के ड्रेस कोड के लिए सलाह: परंपरागत साड़ी या सभ्य सलवार सूट।
5. Plan to Arrive Early enough to park vehicle and be seated comfortably, at least minimum 30 minutes before the event begin.
कार्यक्रम शुरू होने से कम से कम 30 मिनट पहले वाहन पार्क करने और आराम से बैठने के लिए जल्दी पहुंचने की योजना बनाएं।
6. Parking in front of the venue. Your vehicle in parking is solely your responsibility for any damage or loss.

8. There is zero tolerance for drinking and smoking in venue premises.
