About Cultural Camp 2026
Cultural Camp 2026 is designed to make children’s summer holidays joyful, spiritually uplifting, and creatively engaging. The camp helps children learn cultural values, discipline, devotion, teamwork, confidence, and life skills through fun-filled activities.
Inspired by the vision of Srila Prabhupada, this camp nurtures young minds with values, character, and devotion in a positive learning environment. Children participate in kirtan, japa meditation, storytelling, shloka recitation, quizzes, creative arts, games, prasadam, and cultural activities.
It is a wonderful opportunity for children to enjoy their vacation while building a strong foundation of values and spiritual culture.

Important Guidelines
1. No Refund/Transfer of fees under any circumstances.
किसी भी स्थिति में शुल्क की वापसी या स्थानांतरण नहीं होगा।
2. Receipt is mandatory for every payment.
प्रत्येक भुगतान की रसीद लेना अनिवार्य है।
3. 85% attendance required for certificate eligibility.
प्रमाण पत्र के लिए कम से कम 85% उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।
4. Students must report by 7:30 AM daily.
सभी विद्यार्थियों को प्रतिदिन सुबह 7:30 बजे तक रिपोर्ट करना आवश्यक है।
5. Carrying valuables is strictly prohibited.
कीमती वस्तुएँ लाना सख्त मना है।
6. Misconduct leading to harm/injury will result in termination from the camp, and parents will bear responsibility for any damages.
अनुशासनहीनता या किसी के प्रति हानि पहुँचाने की स्थिति में विद्यार्थी को शिविर से बाहर कर दिया जाएगा और क्षति की ज़िम्मेदारी माता-पिता की होगी।
7. Parent Orientation Program on 19th May at 4:00 PM, followed by dinner prasadam.
पेरेंट्स ओरिएंटेशन प्रोग्राम 19 मई को शाम 4:00 बजे आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिसके बाद डिनर प्रसादम वितरित किया जाएगा।
